Turn Over a New Leaf Repurposed Bracelet

This is a serious bracelet. It makes a statement.

The center is made with 2 vintage, repurposed components. The base is a vintage buckle which form a wreath of leaves. I think they are oak leaves but don't quote me. On to that I attached a repurposed vintage prong set rhinestone brooch. It's sparkly but not too and the age has made the stones a little gray...in other words, perfect. The leaf was a dress clip and on the other side is one half of a buckle with a floral motif.

I wire-wrapped them together with gold-filled wire and 4 different beads - a gold filled stardust bead, a pyrite nugget, a silvery gemstone and a sterling silver stardust bead embedded with tiny CZ's!

I used vintage portions from 2 watch chains to join the watch chain clasp. This bracelet is adjustable from approx. 7" to almost 9". At the end of the chain is an incredible, vintage, French steel button with a rose and has an incredible pinkish patina.
