1.What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Paypal.
2.How do you ship my cool stuff?
I will ship almost all packages in a U.S.P.S Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. Currently, the charges will be $8.00 for shipments in the United States,$23.00 to shipments to Canada and $27.00 to overseas addresses. All boxes shipped in the United States will be insured and using Delivery Confirmation. Currently, there is no tracking available for non-U.S. addresses. I will insure your packages for full replacement value. I will incur that additional insurance cost for you. Express Mail options are available worldwide, too.
3. What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns, sorry. I describe all my pieces accurately and the photos and enlargements will show the quality and workmanship. I am happy to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase and I will answer promptly.Exchanges are also not allowed. All sales are final.
I guarantee the proper function of all my handmade jewelry. If something doesn’t seem to work quite right for you, I will fix it promptly. If something breaks please send it back for repair and I will fix it and return it promptly.
4. Do you gift wrap?
Whether this is a gift for someone else or a gift for yourself all packages will be lovingly wrapped.
5. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only residents of Colorado will pay sales tax. It is currently 7.55%.
6. Is this site secure?
Yes, most certainly. I use GeoTrust, the most recognized SSL Certificate available. The seal is on the bottom of each page while you’re shopping and look for the little “s”, for “secure” in the url as you are on screens that ask for your personal information. (i.e.: https://www.paulamontgomery.com….)
7. How will I know you received my order? What happens next?
You will receive an email confirming your order, automatically, seconds after placing your order. If you don’t get one it is either in your junk/spam mail or you had a typo in your email address.
8. How will I know my wonderful stuff is on the way to me?
You will receive a tracking number on the day I ship your order via email. Orders will go out within 3 days at the very latest. (I’m impatient and hate waiting for my stuff so I probably will ship the next day or the same day, depending on the day of the week. No worries! I’m quick-like-a-bunny).
